Okay so in my next life (not that I believe in that, I believe in Heaven but it sounds good) I want to be a photographer. My husband keeps telling me I just need to learn....it can't be that hard. Yeah I will just throw that into my day. I have nothing else to do right. Maybe one day once my kids are bigger I will put it on my things to do list. My only hope is that I can be as awesome as my friend Amy (www.amyrobertsonphotography.com) BTW I think he is wrong because it has to be hard my pictures never turn out like this!!

In my next life.....

Here from NFF, and if you've got a natural eye for beauty then you could learn to be a photographer. IMO a photography has changed a LOT since the introduction of photoshop and digital. With photo editing software almost anyone can make the ho-hum photos they've taken look professional. Now whether that makes you a good 'photographer' or not is up to the individual to decide but if you want a chance to compete in the market you need to be a good editor. There are LOADS of open source programs on the net, just google it and then once you find a program you like you can just google the tutorials. It's a wonderful starting off point and then once you've gotten the hang of it you can always invest in photoshop to take you to the next step. Good Luck!!
